Return & Refund Policy

Since every piece at pH∞Ra creates is handmade — and often personalized — we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at phooracreates@gmail.com with photos/video of the item. We'll offer a replacement or refund after review.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours and we'll correct it at no extra cost.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
