Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse the Shop page, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and checkout. For fully custom pieces, visit the Custom Order page instead.

Can I customize a rakhi or gift?
Yes! Almost everything at pH∞Ra creates can be personalized. Tell me who it's for, what they love, and I'll make something that feels like it could only be theirs.

How long does it take to make my order?
Since every piece is handmade, ready pieces are packed within 2–3 days. Fully custom orders usually take 5–10 days depending on the design and complexity.

Shipping

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location, after the order is packed.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How will I know my order has shipped?
You'll receive an update via email/WhatsApp once your order is packed and shipped, along with tracking details if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every piece is handmade and often personalized, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the damaged item at phooracreates@gmail.com, and we'll sort it out.

Care

How do I take care of my handmade rakhi?
Keep it away from water and excessive moisture. Store it flat or in a small pouch when not worn, to keep the threadwork and beads intact.
